Get an Aviation Medical Certificate

To obtain a medical certificate you must be examined by an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner (AME). As the airman, you should follow these steps to apply for and obtain your medical certificate:

• Use MedXPress, to complete the initial portion of the application.
• Schedule an appointment with me by phone, or at Willamette Aviation Services
• At your scheduled appointment, I will complete your medical examination and the remainder of your application form.
• If you meet the required medical standards, you will be issued a medical certificate.
• *Payment accepted: check, cash, and Zelle. Credit cards are NOT accepted.
• Ensure that you read “What to Bring to Appt” tab.
• $50 fee for individuals who do not arrive for their appointment, or cancel appointments within 12 hours.
